Before you book your first session
Did not find your answer? Write to us, we reply by the next day.
Contact support →How do I book a session?Pick a session from an instructor and confirm the booking. We email you the confirmation and a reminder the day before.
Do I need an account?An email is enough for a quick booking. You can create an account afterwards — it keeps all your bookings in one place.
Can I cancel a booking?Free of charge up to 24 hours before the session starts, in one click. You can still cancel later and the seat is released — but no refund claim arises.
I teach — where do I start?Create a profile, list your sessions and send the link to your clients. Signing up is free and needs no card.
When and how do I pay?The instructor decides how payment works and you always see it before confirming the booking. If the instructor cancels the session we let you know and sort out any payment with them.
