Only a signed-in customer with a NaLekci booking for the given term can write a review, and only after that term has ended. One review per booking.
We verify the link between the review and a booking made through NaLekci. We do not verify actual attendance — which is why reviews are labelled “verified booking”, never “verified attendance”. Older reviews created before this link existed carry no label.
The instructor does not approve reviews and cannot hide or delete them. A review is published as soon as it is submitted, positive or negative alike. The instructor may reply publicly and may report a review — reporting does not hide it.
NaLekci decides under these rules. We remove a review, or part of it, when it:
When only the text is objectionable, we remove the text and the star rating stays valid — so that moderation itself does not skew the average. We remove a whole review including its rating only when it is invalid as a whole.
Neither the instructor's disagreement with a review nor a low rating is a reason for removal.
The author can edit or withdraw their review at any time. An edited review is publicly marked as edited. A withdrawn review stops being shown and stops counting towards the rating.
The average rating includes every published review, whatever it says.
If you believe a review is unlawful or breaks these rules, tell us — instructors through the “Report” button in their console, anyone else through the contact form. We assess every report and inform the reporter of the outcome.
