Commission on card payments
The rates start applying when card payments launch – nothing is charged until then. Cash, bank transfer and manual credit top-ups are never charged.
Free mode: 10 % of every online card payment.
Standard mode: 3 % of every online card payment.
On top of the commission both modes pay the Stripe payment-gateway fee: 1.5 % + 6.50 CZK per payment, regardless of where the card is from. International cards cost Stripe more, and the platform — not the instructor — absorbs the difference.

If you grant the mandate under article 7 of the Terms of Use, NaLekci issues documents to customers in your name and on your account. Without the mandate you issue documents yourself. On a plan that does not include this feature we issue nothing – the instructor issues documents themselves, in their own number series.
Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until then the plan stays active and the price is not refunded. If you refuse a change of the Terms under article 11.2 and the agreement ends before the prepaid period does, we refund the proportional part of the price for the time after the termination takes effect.
