About the instructor
Jmenuji se Jaroslav, s pohybem jsem začal někdy v 5 letech a primárně se věnoval fotbalu. Po několika nepřijemných úrazech jsem se dostal k cvičení od Ido Portal, přes něj jsem objevil tým Pohyb je život a když jsem se během Covidu přihlásil do online skupiny, vylosovala si mě Adriena Pecinová. Od té doby se věnuji pohybu mnohem intenzivněji a můj progres a změny, které to sebou přineslo, začaly zajímat lidi v mém okolí a tak se stalo, že jsem otevřel skupinku pohybu v Olomouci.
